NOTE: I have never received a response from my complaints to them about their amateurism and the fact they could have badly injured my tenant or worse! - cant believe they are still in business. They recently did a gas check (a Scott Wootton turned up) at my property and neglected to fix back in place a plastic piece which was taken out of the boiler pipe as part of the gas cert test. This meant that gas was being pumped into the flat for nearly 2 days. This could have had had serious issues - including possibly injuring the tenant! They blamed the tenant for some reason and were not bothered - grudgingly turning up to fix after the gas board was called out. I have obviously complained to the relevant gas organisation. Have never had this issue with any other company so recommend you do not use and look elsewhere.
Excellent service. Just had my heating oil boiler serviced. They turned up exactly on time, were thorough and very pleasant to deal with and very helpful. Fair price charged for the service,will definitely reccommend this company.
