The person in the office was polite and helpful, and the requested taxi arrived on time. The taxi, a lovely spacious Mercedes, was immaculate and the driver Charlie was polite and friendly. I cannot fault the service. I will definitely use them again.

Great Service. Used for a number of visits to hospital for 2 years ranging from Frimley to Hammersmith and always great in waiting for a return journey when we have lengthy hospital appointments. Great service from Jacek today and also Rocky on previous journeys.

Rip off. Booked a taxi for a 4 minute journey (1.2 miles) and got quoted 5.50 which is reasonable. They then almost doubled the price at the last minute. 10 for a tiny journey, absolute rip off!
Would highly recommend. Great customer service and lovely drivers always on time. When booking a taxi you'll get a text message to your phone with all the booking confirmation then when the driver is dispatched you get all the driver and vehicle details which is really good and safe.
