Amazing customer service,the man at the desk makes you feel welcome and confident! Amazing products with a wide range too! I normally shop online to avoid the embarrassment but I feel comftable enough to go into pulse & cocktail!
Well what can I say the gorgeous friendly and very helpful Sarah P the assistant at Lichfield who served me at 19:55 is a credit and asset to the company, she made me feel very welcome and relaxed and we had a great laugh! She made a great effort in showing and explaining how products worked. Fantastic employee cannot fault her , I can wait to shop at the Lichfield store again and have Sarah working there,as I mentioned already she is a great asset to the company , based on her alone I rate her alone at 5 stars .

I can confirm this store is actually OPEN. When I posted my review, for some reason, the store was shut on a weekday. Driving by a few days ago shows the store is open for trade.
