Nice place to go to inside of cathedral 1ce lockdwn measures relaxed will go n have a coffee here n does a range of things to eat also here .

Pretty bad experience. Staff very surly and unhelpful. Our lunch was literally dumped on our table by an unsmiling waitress who dashed off. My partner’s lunch came with salad dressing and he politely asked if u I t would be changed. He was told, ‘All salads have dressing as standard’ He asked the waiter how he should know this( as we hadn’t been there before) The waiter’s response was, I’m not going to argue with you. My partner said he wasn’t arguing. Bad service and even worse bad service and bad attitude from staff. Avoid it.

I had a good Friday afternoon with St Mungo's wonderful colleagues and my manager; our first gathering since the lockdown. The kitchen's menu was narrow and a bit pricey; just panini sandwiches, jacket potatoes and soup of the day (it could be because it was the first few weeks of reopening after the lockdown). Everything else perfect! The kitchen's ambience is great and airy, the coffee - delightful. Still a six stars out of five for me. I shall return!
