AAA have been well known in Aberdeen since I can remember. In 2018 they secured me a position with a major service company. When the assignment ended I was offered and took up a position within AAA; I have genuinely found them to be very friendly, professional and dedicated to good service to both clients and candidates!

I have been a candidate of AAA multiple times throughout my career. The most recent occasion was in 2017 when I with met with Jennifer MacDonald. I was so impressed with her and the organisation, I ended up working directly for them.
I work at exec level and have extensive experience in my field of work. On the two occasions that I have needed assistance with finding the right role for me, 3As were the only agency that didn’t want to meet with me or discuss my CV and requirements, as a result, they sent me a few roles that were not suitable, and when I tried to contact them, they didn’t answer my phone calls or emails. Maybe they are good to their clients but in my experience of using them twice, I do not think they treat their candidates with any respect. This can kill your confidence as a candidate, especially if you have faced redundancy, etc. If you want to be treated like a human-being and encouraged into the right role, I would recommend Thorpe Molloy or Team Recruitment, I have had great communication and a positive experience from them both.
I grudge giving even one star after my experience with aaa. The woman called me in for a chat but seemed to be on a power trip when I arrived and ambushed me with a formal interview stating that she was \effectively interviewing for the job\. She cut me off when I was speaking repeatedly and then accused me of not wanting the job and hiding something from her! I have never been spoken to like that by an agency worker or in an interview in my life and left feeling upset and like my confidence had been damaged. Not what you need when you're looking for new opportunities. Wish I had made a formal complaint at the time but I decided to try to put it behind me.
Not even worth one star,never return phone calls all you are is pound signs to this bunch of inept people if that's what they can be called. In my opinion STAY CLEAR of this lot.
