I was looking for my first industrial machine better suited to my needs. After a search a Jack H2 looked to be a good option. I found Aberdeen Sewing Machines via the Jack UK website, a quick email was sent and with in hours I had a reply from Stephen. After quite a few emails back and forth it was decided that the Jack H2 would be the ideal machine for my needs. Some sample material was sent to Stephen and the order for the machine was placed. The machine was delivered personally to my door the following week fully set up and ready to use, a blessing as I have never used an industrial machine before. I was shown how to use the machine and the all the features etc. All in all the service I have received from Aberdeen Sewing Machines has been first class and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for your sewing machine needs.
