Booked a cab for a pick up from the airport...waited for a long time just for the cab details...no message ever came through with the driver details, called the helpline and everytime I was assured the details would arrive in the next 2 minutes...not recommended...look for other options id say.
Due to a last minuet change of plan I needed to book a wheelchair accessible taxi. A minivan arrived very quickly and Jeff Wilson was professional, helpful and aware of covid concerns. He was good company throughout my multiple journeys that afternoon, and helped with loading and unloading of my multiple items. Great service, I would use Aberdeen Taxis again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Have been using these guys for several years, never had an issue, always very professional and more importantly for me always on time, ha infact i think i have kept them waiting on occasions, thumbs up from me, great job keeping everyone moving in difficult times
