Changed ways at ArnoldClark Van Rental. They phoned and reduced the cost by almost a 3rd buy changing from a day rate to an hourly rate. Really good service, COVID-19 safety is a top priority here!

Rental over 3 days Aberdeen to Derbyshire and return, 900mls house move. Great service and Covid safe. The Transit Van long wheel base was amazing returning an average of 50mpg. You will have a spare tyre in the back that can compromise space slightly. Excellent service and will use again even if they are not the cheapest as service is worth more to me than cost. Thank you all involved.
All staff that dealt with me were fantastic. From the young lady on the initial call, to the gentleman who took me through the process on receiving the vehicle, to the gentleman who took the vehicle from me on return. The distancing procedures were excellent and very reassuring, and the vehicle itself was a joy to drive. Great service, highly recommended.
Hired a van the other day for a house move. Staff were friendly and efficient. One way system and other Covid related safety measures were clearly explained and easy to understand. However, the only issue I had was the volume of the radio that was playing in the showroom. What with that, masks being worn and the perspex screen separating us, it was at times difficult to hear and understand the member of staff who I was dealing with.
Such friendly service. Good communication. Made me feel valued and at ease. Will definitely go back if I need another rental.
