Terrible service. My wife was left waiting for over a month to get a crown fitted. Several appointments were cancelled in a row without an explanation. Reception staff were very evasive. Dentist and assistant would often talk over her. She was made to feel like she wasn’t good enough as an NHS patient. Marina Farizo and staff, get your act together.

Re Dentists.... I did have three different dentists in a row, however have had the same one (Gregor) last three times. He is great. Particularly with my little boy who can be less than co-operative. He explains things very well and is gentle. The one I had before Gregor was also good and so gentle I actually nearly nodded off during a filling removal and replacement!
