I have been training at CN fitness for a year now, and I’ve made more progress in that year than I have over the last 5. I feel stronger and fitter than I ever have, as well as more confident and informed in the gym and when working out alone. This is the first time I feel a PT has really listened to me and what I want to get from the sessions, and really tailored them to personally suit me, and adapted them according to how I feel and what’s going on in other areas of my life. The sessions with Craig keep me focused and motivated. Craig is professional and extremely knowledgeable. Always encouraging and full of positive enthusiasm. The sessions are relaxed and comfortable. I really can’t recommend highly enough. I’m looking forward to seeing how far I can push myself this year, and what goals I will achieve with the help of CN fitness.

Ive been training with CN fitness for a year now and I can really recommend them! They helped me achieving my triathlon goals in a balanced way and I got stronger and stronger without getting any injuries. That was important for me because through running and cycling I started to notice that there were some joints that started to ache and with their professional help everything went smoothly and I felt incredibly strong. Nutrition advise is spot-on and there is a great vibe in the gym! They push me beyond my limits and their trust that I can do that gives me so much motivation and energy and every time I leave the gym I leave with a smile on my face. I think for me CN fitness just delivers this personal approach: personalized nutrition advise, training programs and personal attention.

I have been training with CN Fitness for just under a year now and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough! I have always struggled to manage my weight - whether it’s trying the latest fad diets or trying different training plans in the hope I can lose weight and keep it off. This always results in me giving up, putting on more weight and losing confidence. I was recommended CN Fitness because it’s a high-quality, private personal training gym with a lot of expertise and experience under its belt. As soon as I had my consultation with Craig, I was instantly motivated and educated on what the process would entail. Now almost a year on, the progress I have made has exceeded my expectations. Not only have I lost weight, I have developed confidence, strength and my fitness levels have improved dramatically. I can now walk into a gym with a detailed plan and feel confident in what I am doing. I’m excited to see what more I can achieve with Craig!

I have been training at CN fitness for around 6 months, I had an initial assessment with Craig and was assigned a trainer Greg. I was looking to lose body fat and get fitter. I was not a regular gym goer and when I did go, I felt I was doing weight training with no understanding or direction. I was losing interest, especially with all the conflicting information available online. I felt seeing a personal trainer would give me knowledge and motivation to keep going. Greg and the other trainers are all very friendly and made me feel at ease from the first session. They all have an extensive level of knowledge and Greg took time to explain any questions or queries. Greg has given me plans that are varied, challenging and unique to me; altering routines that I could stick to as I work offshore and sometimes equipment is limited. I now feel when I go to the gym, I am making the most efficient use of my time and I have seen results that I have been working for. The gym is well equipped and as the training is one to one equipment is always available. CN fitness has surpassed my expectations, I now enjoy going to the gym and would definitely recommend to anyone.

I started training at CN Fitness around 8 months ago and after an initial consultation with Craig was assigned Greg as my trainer. My main aim was to improve my strength and overall fitness to increase my enjoyment in one of my hobbies obstacle course racing and if I lost a few lbs on the way it wouldn't hurt either. The training plans Greg has put together for me and put me through have been varied, great fun and the resulting increase in my strength has made a huge difference to my performance at events. Both in terms of strength and cardio. The obstacles I can do now I would never even have attempted before! I also never appreciated how much running performance can be gained from strength training! As an added bonus my weight has steadily declined too. The gym itself is never overly busy with a maximum of three clients in at any one time and the equipment is first class. It's great to see monies being constantly reinvested in new equipment too. Can't recommend CN Fitness highly enough. It has really got me back into my fitness and exceeded all expectations.
