The shop is overall okay apart from a few occasions- such as a few days ago one of the staff members started to show a rude attitude and started arguing when I had a query about buying back unused travel money. If looking for good rates there are many better places with much better costumer service than here from my personal experience.

Came last week and was greeted with rude female staff cussing me out and refusing to serve me even though I had came 20minutes prior to closing time and overall terrible experience. Would rather have been served from elsewhere than be treated like this. Advise go other places as you could get better exchange rates from elsewhere such as Debinhams just 10 steps away. Would never come again!

I exchanged Euro there this morning, and they asked me if I need a card to deposit my money. I said yes but I didn't bring any identification card with me. They said it will be okay to exchange with them first and just back later to deposit the money to the card. However, when I weny back in the afternoon, they told me that they cannot do that. The only thing they can do is to buy back my Euro and exchange it to Euro again, which will cost 140 euro. They are dishonest and the staffs exchanged my Euro in the morning just pretended she no nothing about this. Totally not recommend for anyone.
