The agency is being ran by Jagroop sihota AKA JAY Sihota. He is also going to form a new healthcare agency The clinical 24 Scotland.Having worked with him,I must warn nurses that be extra cautious of this man because he is a sweet talker and will talk about anything for hours to please you so that he could put you on his payroll and could make thousands of pounds.The problem with this man is not that he is there to earn money but the way he does things.He is a highly insecure man who needs constant approval of others and is very toxic man to be around with.He makes fun of his colleagues and pass hurting comments.There was an incident in my office when a girl had back pain and she was on leave and when she came back this guy asked her with a smile on his face that had she changed her back? And she replied do you get changed your backs in Scotland in case of chronic back pain? is that how things work there? with this sarcastic reply she muted him.Interacting with him is like a power-game in which he would constantly try to have an upper hand on you. It's a shame that to be a part of healthcare system that's how you treat your colleagues, especially when they are facing health issues themselves.So you can imagine that I have just mentioned a single incident there are way too many.I have also been verbally abused by this man and thus I left my job after one month, that too in the middle of the month.So if you are going to deal with this man be extra cautious. There were other psychopathic personalities in the office too.After all that's how they have made the work culture that way.
