They took the time to understand what we needed in order for us to take further control of the business - unlike the old cash register we had. ICR Scotland came highly recommended, they created a bespoke solution that fitted our specific requirements. Being a reward crowd funded bar, customers who pledged an investment received double the money back in beer. ICR worked closely with our web developers and came up with a membership card scheme that read the customers balance on the till as well as link the data to the customers online account via our webpage. They also got all 2000 cards designed and printed. I would certainly recommend ICR Scotland.
