The pretzels are always changing size. Sometimes they are tiny, sometimes large. The pizza pretzels used to be good but now they look like this mess (in the photo). There was so much cheese on it I had to pull globs off and bin it. Despite the cheese being all runny instead of golden the pretzel was burnt on the bottom again. They differ so greatly from week to week. Absolutely no consistency in size or amount of toppings.

The customer service in there is terrible. The girls in there are especially rude and very dismissive. Was told its company policy not to take a picfure of the pretzel that I bought whilst still in there. Also happened to find a blonde hair in the pretzel which may explain why they don't allow photos to be taken. There are more hygienic places to eat in this area so I guess it's not really a loss.
Absolutely yummy! I had a misconception that they have cinnamon in them but that's only the cinnamon one lol! I had one with toffee sauce and omg it's the nicest thing I've ever tasted!!! Will be back daily lol!!
I've no idea why it's saying I was there when I was next door at Costa Coffee.
Limited choices, poor service and overpriced menu.
