Bought my cayenne last February sight unseen, car was shipped to London. buying experience was good, however, after I signed the papers, I found out that the date I was promised delivery was false, I was promised a car in the meantime, but then was hassled with renting my own car (which they did reimburse) car arrived dirty, with a scratch, and overfilled engine oil. Porsche of Aberdeen promised to rectify things and also promised to compensate me for my troubles with a Porsche experience day) until today I have never heard back from them even though I had emailed multiple times. Ivan the sales person was great, but this was one of the worst car buying experiences I’ve had. Disappointed to say the least, especially since I’ve given them a year to resolve this.

It was my first Porsche and it was a great experience. Things are difficult just how for obvious reasons, and buying a car can be really frustrating at the best of times. However, from first message online to delivery of the car Scott and his team have been excellent. It has been a genuinely enjoyable journey, and they really have been first class and gone the extra mile to make it memorable. I’ve dealt with other German manufactures in the past (and in person) and they haven’t come close. Full credit to the team and in particular Scott, thanks for my first (and hopefully not my last) Porsche!

I travelled all the way up from Yorkshire today to pick my 911 turbo s up, due to the new lockdown restrictions we thought it would be wise to go pick the car up, originally it was going to be delivered next week but the new restrictions that will come in from Monday changed our plans. Scott Clark and Keith Simpson have been truly amazing and I cannot fault the service I received. Scott worked quickly and seamlessly to get the finance in place for my car, within four hours everything was done and dusted. Upon arrival we were greeted by Keith who introduced himself to us, we had our temperatures taken upon entering the show room and we we’re offered coffee and biscuits and were told to relax.... we definitely needed it after the 5 hour drive. I felt like I’d know Keith and Scott all my life, the customer service I received from them really was exceptional and I’d like to thank everyone at Porsche Aberdeen that played a part in preparing my car for me, I’m extremely grateful for all your hard work and the quick turn round time! I would 100 percent recommend this dealership to anyone that is considering purchasing a Porsche, it was definitely worth the drive!!! well done guys you’ve made me an extremely happy women today!
