Went in to have my RAM fixed and upgraded that was causing an issue with my Toshiba laptop. Professional and friendly service. Gave great advice and kept me informed throughout. As they do other repairs too, would definitely feel comfortable going back for something else, if I needed to. Can only recommend, as my laptop now runs like a charm. Thanks for your help again.

Professional and friendly staff, they fix my son’s PlayStation 4 HDMI port in 2 hours wich i try many other shops in Aberdeen and they said they cannot fix it and better to buy another one till meet this guys! I don't usually make a review on the stores I go to, but I feel like "ProMobile" deserves a review as I'm a person that breaks their phone quite often and is reluctant to upgrade to a newer phone. I came in - on a Sunday - with a broken iPhone 6s - screen broken and few screws missing- and I wanted to get it fixed. Prior to this, I phoned up multiple shops to get a quote for the repair, the quotes I was getting from other stores were way out of proportion for a screen replacement. Some were charging - 75 just to get the screen fixed. "ProMobile" charged me 35 - screen replaced and screws replaced(FREE of charge)- honestly for me, I will not be going to any other repair shops except for this one. If you want more evidence, I came back to the store on Monday as there was something wrong with my phone when the phone would get heated up the screen would jitter around(Please note that the battery was replaced by another shop and may have caused this to happen and not the new screen), after me explaining the situation to the guy at the counter. He explained to me with a detailed and professional judgement saying that he found no fault but he offered to replace the screen FREE of charge again. I trusted his judgement and I refused the offer but he insisted for me to get it replaced again. The guy at the counter showed great professionalism as he provided great customer service and amazing customer satisfaction. I would certainly recommend this place and not other places.

Had my phone smashed in by some dude at the gym who dropped his 20kg dumbells on my samsung A51. These guys are really good at thier work. They had my phone all fixed by the next day. Highly recommended. The best service for phone repairs.
