Unfortunately our electric submersible basement pump (acquired with the property years ago) failed. WISE sent out a surveyor very quickly who assessed the pump, the environment and offered a few alternatives for our consideration. I found the surveyor to be very knowledgeable and personable therefore I felt confident with his findings. A replacement pump was deemed necessary and was efficiently installed several days later. Both the surveyor and engineers who installed the pump were professional, friendly and worked well together. We were very pleased with the service & product and I would recommend WISE to others.

Initial survey was undertaken by Mark Kerr and Mark's expertise immediately convinced us that Wise Property Care was the way for us to go. We had previously used Peter Cox to carry out work in our living room but were not too keen on them. The Technician who did the work, Jamie, was excellent. He arrived promptly first morning and took a great deal of care and attention protecting the furniture and floors before starting the work. He was very polite and courteous and explained everything he was doing. His work took three days before the plasterer was due on the 4th day. As Jamie had arrived at 0830 each morning we expected something similar from the plasterer. We were obliged to stay in that morning to wait for him but as there was no sign of him by 1300 I felt obliged to call your office to ask when we could expect him. The receptionist said she would find out and get back to me, which she did, explaining that he had been held up. He eventually arrived around 1500 and completed his work by 1800. This was the only minor criticism I have of the entire operation. When someone is running late by so much, the client should be informed. We would otherwise have gone out for breakfast that morning. On day 5 (Friday) Jamie returned to complete the refitting of fixtures etc. and to tidy up. Again, this was performed extremely efficiently and thoroughly. Overall we were thoroughly satisfied with performance of Wise Property Care and will certainly use them for any similar type work in the future.
Ross and team carried out works at my rented flat. The job was to a high standard with guarantee after completion. All works completed on time, with a tidy job and professional and friendly service. Happy to use again in future.
Must let you know how impressed I am with Grant and Graham who came to treat woodworm and wet rot in my house this week.They arrived punctually, were pleasant and friendly and did a great job, taking a lot of time replacing the original floorboards although I know this was difficult. They tidied everything up when the job was finished and nothing was too much bother. They were great representatives for you firm. Please let them know how pleased I am with their work.
