These guys arranged a part exchange collection and delivery of a new bike for me (to South London) - hands down the best service I've ever had from a dealers. Will definitely be making a trip up when the weather improves to thank them. They always had time to talk and answer questions, provided regular updates over email and included pictures, I felt like I was adopting a dolphin! Can't recommend them enough.
