Amazing staff! They helped out whenever we had a problem with the property and was very professional, even after we had left. The falt was fairly big for 2 people and we had a modern kitchen and bathroom. The only downside (which is not related to aberletting, but should be mentioned) was Scottish Power which we had a lot of troubles with as they tried to scam us multiple times. Future tenants, stay away from them. We got our deposit back except for a small cleaning fee of 10 as they send someone to check over what's been done and clean what's not been cleaned.

Attentive landlords and superior to the other agencies I have used in Aberystwyth. They looked after us well having fitted a brand new kitchen prior to our move in date. The flat was, to quote, \the best student flat in Aberystwyth\ and was everything we could have hoped for and more. Below was the view from the garden which is clearly stunning.
Excellent for renting, would highly recommend. The 2 bed flat we let was lovely and Aberletting were always easy to communicate with, very helpful and friendly.
Me and my partner rented our first flat together in Gerddi Gwalia with Aberletting and we had a lovely experience. Our apartment was big and modern, with lovely large windows in the living room, a new kitchen and even a bath tub in the bathroom which I was super pleased with. Lotty was always very helpful if we had any issues and we felt assured we could always contact her, Sion kindly let us in when we had forgotten our keys on a morning jog, and Mike was always very friendly and helpful fixing things around the place. It was a lovely apartment in a great location (five minutes away from the sea and less than that to the town centre and bus stop) and I will miss this apartment a lot. Thank you Aberletting :)
A very pleasant experience. Our landlady was extremely helpful with whatever problems we had and fixed it within good time. Would highly recommend.
