Needed a complete bathroom renovation, flooring, walls, bath, shower, tilling and painting etc. ABI was recommended and they did not disappoint. Very honest with pre work survey and pricing. Work turned out to be a little more complex but that didn’t faze them. Very happy with the work and overall finish. Highly recommended.

I used this incompetent company last year to fit a new boiler & radiators and have had 5 visits from other companies to fix the many issues he has caused. please save yourself money and DO NOT USE i had to give him one star as it would not let me post it with none!!!
Last week my heating went off on the coldest day of the Year I rang around loads of heating engineers and they were all too busy but Paul came round at 9.00 p.m.after a hard days work with a terrible cold to try and get me some heat. . He was back first thing in the morning before his other work and by Thursday I was up and running again. Thanks Paul a good job -well done . Will recommend u to everyone
Had a new boiler fitted and really pleased with the service I got from this company. Nice friendly plumber and his work was outstanding. Will recommend to my friends and family.
I’ve never posted a bad review before, but am kicking myself for not taking notice of the previous poor reviews which I put down to bad luck/circumstances. My husband called this ‘company’ on Monday morning to arrange a visit to check out a problem with our boiler. We were promised a visit that afternoon. To cut a long story short, it’s now Thursday and Paul has broken arrangements to come every day. This was after my husband called him daily, sometimes more than once. Each time we were assured he ‘wouldn’t let us down’ If he was busy or didn’t want the job, then he should have said so. I notice that the business owners often respond to poor reviews, disputing their validity. I look forward to their excuses on this one. Update following response from owner. Firstly, good customer service would be to get your customer name right! I’ve never heard of ROGER Russell. Secondly, everything you have said is incorrect. All of the calls this week were chasers from us. Promises were made to come and visit and not once did Paul either turn up, or call to say he wasn’t coming. Apart from us saying we were not available on Wednesday, we were totally flexible on when we were in.Today’s arrangement was that we would be in after 1.00pm, NOT 4.00pm. The call from Paul this evening was made at 19.03. Prior to that, we had heard nothing and had, quite frankly, given up. Your comments on prioritising those in need are indeed very noble, but if you are inundated with such calls, you should just say that at the start and not make promises you don’t intend to keep. This will be my final response - I don’t intend to waste any more of my time .
