After a few calls which they said that they would call me back, they did not. so called them and waited 10 mins for the parts man?? I was looking for a primary gasket and a crank oil seal that motorcycle storehouse had in stock according to their web site. The guy on parts was not helpful at all and did not seem to know his stuff. This dealer seems to only want to sell you a new bike, They don't seem to want to keep old bikes on the road. Do not even try to get parts from here as they are not bothered. Why have a parts department that can not get parts from. Absolutely disgusted with this dealers parts department and will never use them again even though they are only 7 miles from me. Use twin motorcycles from the Netherlands who are always helpful and have most parts in stock. I would not even give them one star if I could. Customer service is non existent. DO NOT GO THERE FOR PARTS.

I visited Oxford Harley Davidson to explore the idea of owning one of their bikes. I was met by Alan and Dan who were both friendly and very accommodating. I felt completely at ease speaking with them and felt no pressure what so ever, both were extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the brand which really left me wanting to be involved. All in all I would say it was one of the nicest sales experiences I have come across in a long time and I will definitely be returning to test ride and hopefully purchase a new custom built bike in the not to distant future! If you are even half interested or intrigued about what Harley Davidson offers, then please don’t hesitate to visit their store to find out more! It comes highly recommended from me! Alan and Dan you are both a credit to the brand, thanks for your help so far!

Visited the branch a few times before my purchase and was made to feel very welcome every time. Staff were all very helpful, friendly and professional. Kevin, Johnny and George dealt with my purchase and couldn't do enough for me. Plus Adam the clothes guy is a friendly dude who will always have a chat. Big thumbs up!!
