This company has been doing 'tests' within the similar area that the Zika Virus has spread wildly recently. Is there any connection as this is the logical start point . Surely they would have knowledge of the outbreak very early as operation safety measure exist ... right ? Don't mean to sound all paranoid, but it would make sense to fully assess this company and connections as it is almost too perfect.

You've (1) done all the difficult and intensely skilled research to discover, then add to the male genome, the gene that leads to female moth progeny dying before maturity, and you've followed up with (2) the much easier breeding program. Is it possible (2) to licence the breeding programs to those who would benefit from your work? If the beneficiaries produced their own supply of treated males it would save you the expense and difficulty of packing and posting millions of Oxitech male diamond-back moths, dengue-carrying mosquitoes, etc. all over the world; and save the farmers, health workers, etc. the cost of a new purchase every season and the risk of receiving dead insects through postal delays or other reasons. Another 'is it possible' question: IIP that in a tiny fraction of female moths could develop a mutation which would detect this new gene (NO) in Oxitech-bred males and reject them as mates? Those females would choose normal males for mating and pass the (NO) gene to their progeny. A suggestion to speed up the process: Could you add a gene that makes the Oxitech-bred males vastly more attractive to females? (I'm talking about insects here).

I have just watched a video on how Oxitec managed to create a product which appears to be a solution to the spreading of deseases suh as Dengue, transmited by the mosquitoes known in my country, Venezuela, as Sancudos. As it is, there is a new desease named down here as Chucungunya, originated in the Dominican Repubic, which according to health authorities, it is also transmited by the same insect, altogether becoming a very fast spreading health problem. I am just an average citizen, but I want to contribute to make your product known in this area of the world. Please, let me have all the information you can provide, in order to be of help.

That's a pretty evil plan you hatched against mosquitos, to to send suicide mutants to breed with them! I think that's pretty terrible and disrespectful.
