I trained here years ago and found the gym to not only have a great range of equipment and classes, but also a friendly, relaxed and supportive atmosphere. 5 years off and I'm back and I'm glad to say it's better than ever. It's grown in size and variety and the new trainers and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. There's no pressure, no sales patter, just supportive, informative assistance when you want it. The gym is clean and tidy, and can suit anyone, there's a full spectrum of people in there and so probably the least \intimidating\ place to go if it's your first time.

Great uncluttered and spacious gym. I was impressed with the range of equipment and the general cleanliness/hygiene of the facilities. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable when I asked for help on a new machine. Highly recommend!

This is by far the best, most comprehensive gym facility in the area. Catering for anyone's goals. The equipment is extensive and great. . A fantastic atmosphere with welcoming staff and members. Love training here

Awesome gym, highly recommended. Plenty of squat racks and benches if you're into lifting, but also has loads of cardio equipment, areas for stretching and bodyweight exercises - it caters to everyone. Friendly atmosphere, amazing staff and incredibly well priced! I've moved away and moved back to the area several times, and always come back to Results when I do.
