Abode Stone was recommended to us by a trusted friend, who is a master kitchen fitter (Woods & Sons), after we were let down by Apex Masonry. We sent over a copy of our kitchen plans, which had already been installed, and within an hour we had our very reasonable quote and an appointment booked for templating. Two days later the owner of the company was out to measure and his wife brought along a catalog of samples. The information and advice we were given we found very helpful and gave us confidence that we had found the right company. We asked for fitting asap and they where back within a week with three fitters including the owner. They were fantastic! I am very fussy and they couldn’t have done enough. They tidied up at the end and asked me to check everything before they left. We went from being letdown, by what we thought was a very professional company to being treated how a customer spending a lot of money should be treated. 100% recommend this company. And to the bad reviews. Some people just can’t be pleased!!

Had a terrible service from this company I was let down when they said they were coming to template and had the owner arguing on the phone with me. When the Worktops where installed the hob and sink was off by 5 mm so there were off Centre , I have been let down with them coming back 3 times to sort the problem they did turn up once to rectify it but the painter had sheeted up the whole of the kitchen and was painting so it couldn’t be done my kitchen fitter had to sort out the problem with the sink as the tiles were being fitted and would never have been able to sort it out after I had to chase them for nearly a week for the chopping board they said was done and ready I’ve had to keep chasing them about coming back to repair the job as no one ever phoned me back they kept saying they forgot or the fitter forgot there’s no communication with this company It’s a shame as the worktops are fantastic apart from the faults that can be easily sorted if they turn up it’s the customer service that’s bad
