Great visit tonight, we had some beautiful home made pizzas and the special airdale fries are really yummy! Darren the bar man was very helpful with all our requests, patient too with the kids taking forever to choose which flavour ice cream for pud! Would highly recommend a visit.

The pub looks fantastic - updated but retaining that country pub charm. The Airedale has everything a local pub should have: pool table, darts, TV, a great selection of wines, Tennents and Magners on tap, and about10 whiskeys to choose from, including Royal Lochnagar, Glenfidich, and Balvenie. There's also a snug to play cards in or gather to do hobbies like knitting. I especially liked the fact that The Airedale carries my favorite gin - Harris Gin. In addition to the regular pub amenities, The Airedale has a juke box, which was just plain fun! The pub was very clean, and happily enough, the toilets were very clean. I've been in too many pubs where the loos were smelly. Michelle, the owner, is friendly, funny, and always ready for a good chat. I look forward to the pub offering pub grub, and take away. It's nice to see the old place up and running again.
