I bought an 8ft by 4ft cold frame and raised bed last year which cost a lot. One of the panes shattered in my hands without any noticeable impact on being placed back into the frame. Now I have millions of pieces of glass all over my vegetables to clean up. I haven't had it for long and all customer services offered was an explanation of toughened glass and link to properties of glass on Wikipedia. Very unimpressed.
