Declan Hodgkinson

An outdated business, who trains staff by instilling fear into them in their every working day. This business is losing revenue, it is struggling to survive and does not treat staff fairly, but as pawns to be used and thrown away. It was eye opening being with them, but if you are looking for a job here or even to be taught by them as youths, i would advise you do a straight 180 and look the other way because you will not gain anything from this place other than mental health issues.

Caroline Fox & Victoria Gregory have been absolutely amazing with me from start to finish throughout my qualification. It has been very stressful at times and they have put me at ease and helped me so much throughout it all. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with them and would like to thank them from the bottom of my heart I couldn't have done it without them. I hope for the future that another member of the public get these two absolute pleasures to work alongside with, it definitely helps with the work you are doing to have so much support from them. Do not use this company, Just seen this and reminded me of my experiences, Around 3 years ago I had some members of staff that were interested in training & development and qualifications to back them up. We sought out NLTG after seeing it online as somewhere local that were providing what we were looking for. After initially cvontacting them it took a while for anyone to get back to me and when they eventually did they had absolutely no idea what they could offer us, So we arranged a visit to try and establish the way forward. The rep that came for the visit was extremely agressive and tried to pressure sell almost everything they had to me, I eventually signed 4 members of staff onto a course as it became clear that he would not be teaching the course. Over the course of the training we had a different tutor almost every time, occasionally we would get one that seemed to know the course but most of the time they had no idea, there was work that should have been given to us previous times so we spent the visit catching up, it was really unprofessional, it seemed that there is quite a high staff turn over as they were clearly new staff getting to grips with the materials. We all found the whole experience quite stressfull and I found myself helping them try and remain with the course till the end. This is not what we signed up for and we have since found an alternative provider for our training, Definately wouldn't use or reccomend. I would always ask to see what the course materials are now after this experiance.
