Brilliant service, fast responses, reasonable price.took my tv in for repair yesterday and raf was able to repair it on the same day and I also had it back on the same day fantastic service. This company is beyond outstanding and the guy Raf who runs it is 1 in a million. I had a issue with a 65inch Sony Bravia he states the issue soon as I got in contact with him. There was a little problem as he lived in Cardiff and myself in Margate obviously a big distance, Raf got the part out to me the following day and also included a another ( Free ) Led strip just in case I needed another while the tv was open, I then opted to pay raf for the part and a video call so I had someone on the line that knows there stuff! Within a few hours I had my tv in working condition for under 50 when I was quoted 340. This guy don’t just care about money he cares about customer service and making sure people don’t lose unnecessary money for nothing. Raf thanks so much you really saved my life and any other repairs I know where I’m coming straight too!!
