A really positive experience, very friendly and knowledgeable. Both Lee and Haley make buying a new car what it should be, exciting and special, something that it is often not the case. The car was prepped beautifully and made really special on collection, little things that are so often are missed once the sale is confirmed in many other garages, mean so much to the customer, Lee and Haley understand this and go out of their way to make sure things are correct. There is piece of mind offered with a warranty but added confidence in the proven way after sales is handled. In summary I wouldn’t hesitate to use and recommend Acer Glade cars. My Partner Dave bought a van from here last month and we can honestly say we had the best experience, very friendly and competitively priced too. Lee and Hayley were friendly and welcoming upon arrival and viewing the car. Not pushing for a sale in any way. The turn around for the car once purchased was exceptionally quick. We've just brought a range rover sport from these guys,the car was inspected before we got there and was described perfectly before we set off on our long journey to view it. Firstly we have to say what a great setup they have there, we cant think of any nicer place to browse for cars. The service was informative,transparent and not pushy at all.
