Nice price and excellent customer service. They delivered in time, we got some issues with the product as well as it needed to be exchanged. They have changed it right away and provided me the exchanged product with a quick delivery. I cannot recommend enough.

My first and last stop for running gears! I have lost count of items I own from Achilles Heel and somehow never left a review! So after running with my new Brooks GTS 19, I thought it was the time you fix this. I run regularly but not for long so I've been using the shame pair of shoes for years. But I never felt light and supported like tonight, it was like running on clouds. I barely noticed any impact on the road or paths I was on and the fit was like a glove. Once again, the ah crew was spot on with their advice, even remotely. They are always my first - and last - stop when looking for running gear: shoes, socks, headtorch, flipbelt... the service is top quality as are the products. I miss going to the shop just now and hope they will be able to reopen soon. Always happy to recommend them to anyone looking for running products, onsite or online they are just the best!

Great customer service; very accommodating!! Note: you can still buy stuff online and are able to pick it up from store or possibly ?have it delivered...? You can still phone them too (which was pleasant surprise!), to discuss things... Needless to say, must be the best choice of running shoes (which comes with free expertise!) in Glasgow!

I visited Achilles Heel running store for the first time last week. I was happy to see (given the current climate) when I arrived that the store was busy and all staff were with customers. I required to wait for a short time in a safe area and it was well worth the wait! Stef served me and took time to explain all the shoes and assess my gait. He was absolutely focused on me and finding me the most suitable pair of trainers. Whilst I was in every member of staff took time to speak to me, they were all very friendly. I left with a great pair of trainers and I will definitely be back for a pair of trainers for work.

The most aptly named store ever, this stores Achilles heel is it's customer service, I booked an appointment for 1300 today, was not informed my appointment was cancelled, even received an email reminder to attend the appointment, I arrive with plenty time to spare, one of the staff comes out to speak to me I explain I'm here for fair analysis and he responds then goes back inside I'm left waiting outside for a further 10 mins when the manager comes out, her customer service strategy was to dodge the issue, make excuses when simply an apology would have fixed the issue, she then after me not receiving the gait analysis I had booked and still without apology tries to sell me a pair of running shoes 1/5 would not recommend. Review edited due to reply from owner, the owner did not call me, I will happily share my call logs to show this, also there were appointments on going so there was a customer in for the clinic so stating the shop is closed is a little disingenuous, also no one apologised, all I got from the owner was excuses, not an apology for wasting my time, not an apology for the email confirming my appointment, not an apology for the complete lack of customer service. The owner seemed more interested in their reputation than on providing good customer service.
