I agree with others that the staff have always been brilliant, However last week I waited outside for about 30 minutes until someone answered the door, all I wanted were new tubes in my present hearing aids (I can get batteries from my doctors surgery) However I was turned away with no apology and told I must write to them for the tubes . I was quite upset, as I don't walk very well, and having stood for so long outside I thought they could have seen to me. However I suppose they are being very cautious because of the virus (I did have a mask on. So I will post to them Heather

Action for Deafness is a really nice place to go if you have hearing problems. The staff are very polite and very helpful. The after care is very good. Would recommend AFD to any one with hearing disorders.

what absolutely stunning service. put a broken aid thru their letterbox at 10.15 on Friday, and got it back in the post 11a.m. Monday. Brilliant.

Recently switched from the hospital to AFD for my NHS hearing aids. No regrets. This is a lovely friendly and efficient place. Very impressed. Would recommend to anyone.
