I have attended two sessions and was impressed by the care taken in both assessment and subsequent treatment. Judith has a firm, confident approach that uncovered some deep-seated muscular problems and provided long-lasting relief. She also provides good value for money with most of the hour spent hands on. I plan to return for monthly checkups to avoid becoming so contorted again!

I took advantage of Jude’s current special offer of 2 one hour sport massages for 60, one for myself and the other for my husband. Jude is very personable and welcoming, she took a detailed history of my ongoing problem with my neck and shoulders, she is professional in her approach, this gave me confidence in her ability and I felt comfortable and at ease with her. Her massage table is set up in her front room and doubles as her office, it is a pleasant room with a calming atmosphere. The massage was incredibly relaxing and I felt I was in safe hands all the time. I’ve had osteoarthritis in my neck for some time, but I’m confident if I see Jude regularly as part of my routine it will enhance my wellbeing. I’m looking forward to visiting her again and also experiencing her Indian head massage.
I went to see Judith with a niggly lower back issue I'd had for some while. Judith's treatment was very thorough and specific, as she tried work out the root cause of my issues and not just treat the symptoms. I've not felt any twinges since seeing her and would highly recommend her!
Jude offers a professional service were she changes massages to target problem areas. She discusses in depth what issues you are having and then adapts techniques to suit your needs. Jude makes you feel relaxed and is easy to talk.
Working within the health and fitness industry I have come across quite a few Massage Therapists. If you're looking for a professional and competent individual who offers a wonderful service I can not recommend Judith highly enough.
