I visit prehistoric monuments and landscapes all over the UK, and this ancient long barrow on top of the pewsey hills does not disappoint. Absolutely stunning area to walk and equally stunning views across the Wiltshire downs. Worth stopping off as you also have the Alton Barnes chalk white horse, and crop circles can often be seen from above in June/July time. A sunset from here is phenomenal too!
