blocked the space in the drop off zone at Addlestone Tesco, that my proper taxi company needed to pick me up due to me having a broken ankle, while did his shopping. lazy driver. so i had to walk in the roadway

Always had friendly, courteous service. Used for local journeys and odd airport job. Wouldn't use anyone else in local area. Proper local knowledgeable taxi firm.
Great team. Flexible to all sorts of last minute changes and demands. Above all, reliable - couldn't ask for any more.
I have used Image cars before and great service, driver was really friendly. But upon calling today to try get a quote for an airport transfer, it felt like they did not want my business, kept reminding me of the extra charges I would incur at the airport but couldnt explain them properly and was really rude for the obvious lack of information. Would have been a different story if they were nice and friendly as i would have gone with them to support the local business but unfortunately not.
OK if you book well in advance but needing a taxi immediately is up and down. Tried to book an emergency yesterday and got no reply - twice. Had to rely on a neighbour to get my husband to the doctor. 2 weeks ago needed a taxi for a hospital appointment - no taxis at all that afternoon. We could do with an additional taxi service in Addlestone.
