Prompt response to my call, replaced door sensor and serviced our alarm, advised on battery replacement which was required. Very reasonable price, absolutely knows what he's doing, a very decent chap!!! Recommended!!!

Very impressed. Phoned Andy and he came out to us in a couple of days. Was having false alarms due to a poor battery in a pir and Andy came and serviced our alarm and replaced the main battery and a battery in a pir. Very nice guy and a very reasonable price charged. Would not hesitate to recommend to anybody. A

Very disappointing customer service. Sent Andy multiple texts and emails over a period of 6 months following his annual service and commitment to get me quotes for some new equipment, but he completely ignored me. Apparently he is busy enough and doesn’t need the extra work. That’s no way to treat a customer, and a very ignorant and unprofessional approach.
