My original insurance broker kept moving the goal posts on my Motorhome build. A call to Adrian Flux and it was all sorted out in 15 minutes and the insurance was a lot cheaper . I would recommend them to any one who is considering a van conversion.

Really great customer service from them, only too happy to help in the call I had. Beth in the quotes department went above and beyond to be helpful and explained everything very clearly. They couldn't be competitive in this particular instance (I have a complex insurance quote) but they were only to happy to try to get the lowest price for me.

During this pandemic I have been unable to use my vehicle as much as I would have liked Due to various lockdowns and business downturns. In fact I have used just 136 miles of my 13000 miles that I had requested at renewal from my insurance company. So, I decided I needed to change my vehicle which is now considerably smaller as my business needs are no longer the same as before. This new van would comfortably fit inside the old van so I felt the risk to me feels less for the insurance company- no tailgate too. There are 2 months remaining on my insurance policy - the cost to update my Insurance was 235 bringing the total for the year to 1700 - to travel 136 miles to this point. After being a loyal customer I will not be returning come renewal. Thanks for showing your compassion during these trying times Mr Flux.

Used for many years but became uncompetitive and the staff were not bothered. Since moved to AIB who were fantastic. Strange part was I'm insured by the same underwriters. Obviously have a management issue with the staff.

Adrian Flux missed out on my insurance last year but came back this year with a great quote including zero excess and breakdown cover. My car has run trouble free for a year but 3 days into the new policy overheated and needed recovering to my home. One phone call and 1 hour later the car was on a transporter on the way home. The Adrian Flux staff were professional and friendly so I am a very happy customer. Will definitely continue to use them and have a second car which I will insure with Adrien Flux.
