Absolute joke this crowd are a waste of our taxes, y son has been diagnosed with mental health problems and despite recommendations from 2 doctors and a mental health doctor and MIND this crowd of jokers still refused him they 'discharged him' how can you discharge someone you have not seen - they are the ones needing treatment. Words cannot express how bad this service is if it was a private enterprise it would have been shut down years ago,

Firstly I like to rate my care has been good. Unfortunately patient who is under parkway who clearly needs to be in hospital. He is a risk to himself and others . He is scaring me and others .. I know it's not parkway fault it's hoops that have to go through. But when someone is at risk to himself and others. Surely something needs to be done.

Have suffered MH for most of my life and after I had a breakdown I was given an initial assessment by a lady called Jackie (I think) and advised to attend the ECS group run by Stuart before I was able to be offered further support. I attended the group for 6 wks and I felt I did not gain anything from it what so ever and it was a complete waste of time. I had a telephone follow up call from Stuart and expressed my opinions of the ECS was not suitable for my needs and that I would like to be considered for an alternate support group or a 1 to 1 with a professional so I can get back on my feet and beat my MH. Stuart asked me what I thought I needed yet he is the professional so should be able to refer to assessment that had already been done. He informed me he would contact me after christmas to discuss further and has not kept to his word as it's now 01/02/2016. I have just phoned the Parkway Centre and left message with the receptionist to ask Stuart to return my call as I feel that this is negligent and very unprofessional. I am disgusted with the lack of support from the services and appalled that they have failed to make any form of contact with myself.
