Kelly was recommended to CatZero and we are so pleased that she was! As a growing charity we needed to change to a paperless system and source a database on which we could record all of our work and produce reports more efficiently. Kelly is very professional but also super friendly and down to earth. Being as organised and efficient as she is, Kelly soon got to grips with how the charity works, who we work with and what we were hoping to achieve. Kelly offered us immense support when we had to quickly change the way our business was running due to Covid-19. We had to implement a new ordering system quickly to keep up with customer demand and we had no knowledge on how to transfer that data into a more manageable way. We sought out the help from Advanced Admin Support and Kelly had our weekly orders ready within a couple of hours, and it was quicker each time. Kelly sub-categorised all of our orders to make it so much easier to process. Kelly also gave us the option to carry out the admin work herself on a regular basis, or set us up with the tools and knowledge to do this ourselves. We would use Kelly again in a heartbeat, as by contracting Advanced Admin Support we saved ourselves a lot of money (and headaches) because she was so quick and efficient.
Admin is something that seems to steal my time and something that I don’t particularly enjoy, Who does?? Well Kelly loves it!
