Really terrible service. Someone ended up showing up on the second booking to check how he could repair my window. Which is good. Ended up booking him to return this morning to repair the window. No communication, no update. Just being late and then I ended up calling to ask when he would arrive, he said 11am. When I mentioned that this is another day when he is late, he replied “alright, u wanna just leave it then?” No apology nothing. So that’s another morning off work with nothing to show for it. Cheers mate
