Customer service is very poor. Phoned the shop to ask if they buy antique silver items and the man bluntly answered o we don't buy that kind of stuff\ as they only buy aeroplanes and vintage cars and hurried to put the phone down. Arrogant! if he was being friendly and had me informed with the stuff that they're buying I can definitely recommend some people I know but the man was too full of himself. How can he run a business when he doesn't have people skills at all and is lack of providing information of the company.
