Very reasonably priced and Lee even told me a few things to try to repair my washing machine myself. Will definitely use again if the need arises

Called when in trouble on a saturday afternoon. Lee was here with a new washing machine within 20 minutes. You dont get that kind of service from any of your big firm. Thank you Lee. 100% highly recommended.

I contacted the shop via their number on google. It went straight to voice mail and they said to call a mobile number so I did. A man answered and asked if he could help me. Then he said we aren’t open on a Saturday night at 5:30PM. Even though it says that they are open till 8PM. Then he said I can answer your query quickly so I told him that my gtech air ram was making a loud noise due to the plastic cog being worn down. I asked him if he sells the part or would be able to fit it for me then he was saying that the motor has broken it’s useless and the part what I’m after isn’t available for a normal customer to purchase I would have to contact gtech to get one from there. I had contacted gtech beforehand and sent them a clip of the air ram working and they said that the motor is fine it’s just the little plastic cog worn down as it’s running against a metal cog and they are widely available on eBay and other selling sites. Please don’t use this useless shop they don’t want to help people they just want you to buy new so they can be rolling in cash.
