Ordered a bed in October 2020. Delivery before Xmas 2020. We agreed to have delivered 1st week in January as we were having bedroom furniture fitted 6/7th jan 2021. We called to book delivery, we were told bed not coming till 16th feb 21, we already had to remove our old bed which we made them aware of so sleeping on blow up bed from jan 2021. We called to arrange delivery in feb, we were told sorry date is now 9th March 2021.... we called to arrange delivery we have been told today base and headboard not ready till at least 12th April 2021 but mattress not even on horizon of being made. They have had 1800 for a bed that we have waited 6 months for and now not even got a date they also tell us they will not deliver base or headboard until mattress is ready!! No one senior will discuss this they keep blaming manufacturers but someone needs to take control we need a bed and need it now. Or full refund if we have not had our bed by 1st April and I think I’m being very very reasonable. We chose the bed we did purely on the sales lady we spent what we did as an investment as my husband has back problems, even more now he’s sleeping on a blow up bed. Can someone take this seriously thank you I will never recommend you to anyone

Shocking customer service and sales tactics. Placed an order mid Sep and bed still has not arrived. During the sale: the Indian sales woman, Kulvir Virk, drew my parents in who only speak Punjabi, then waited until I walked away for a moment before asking my elderly father to sign the invoice BEFORE he (or I) could read the T&Cs. When we saw the T&Cs it says they have a NO CANCELLATION policy. Which essentially means that due to delays in their supply chain because if the pandemic- we are not able to cancel the order- which in any case would mean we lose our deposit. More than 12 weeks later my parents still don’t have a bed or date for arrival. When we have tried to follow up we were met with a highly defensive store manager. Frankly, even if they were even slightly empathic and dropped the defensiveness they would have prevented our buyers remorse. To all customers- if you need you for nature by a certain date, either accept that you are locked into a no cancellation contract or don’t buy from here. Poor sales team and an equally shoddy post sales service attitude (in store and on the phone).
Superb, no hassle, service. Bought dining table and chairs, exactly what we wanted, and it didn't look like chain store furniture. An excellent experience, and we'd go again.
Been waiting since july , 3 delivery dates still not turned up . Been told december now . Appauling service..been without a sofa since september 1st delivery date . Never came on 2nd delivery date nov 11 , now waiting to.see if it comes in december . All different reasons for a no show . I just want a refund ... been told no ..
Please avoid this store. Unprofessional Rude staff and Manager. Fake promise to the customer.

do not buy the staingard policy its a scam they take your money and do not cover any issues. I paid 270 for insurance only to be told I am not covered. Its a con stay away from staingard the furniture insurance company.
Well impressed with the quality, and even more so they are now offering us key workers 20% off. Will definitely be back for a new sofa later this year!
