We had an error code on our Lay-z-spa that we tried to unsuccessfully fix ourselves. We tried so many things and watched countless videos. Once this don’t work we looked for local repair companies. Ash at AJR was brilliant. We talked through our issues and he had an egg we could buy from him and he also fixed the issue we had with the non return valve of the spa. He had lots of hints and tips on how to care for our spa. He was so genuine and friendly. Would highly recommend. We also purchased chlorine tablets from him, will be going to AJR for all our Lay-z-spa accessories. Very happy customer! Thank you!

Thank you Ash for a five star service. From enquiry to collection we didn’t need to worry about a thing. Our hot tub was exactly as described, all chemicals and filters (and a spare filter) supplied. We had a courtesy email to check everything was ok during our hire and delivery and collection times were exactly as arranged. Our family had great fun and we’d definitely recommend Ash to anyone thinking about hiring a hot tub.
