The team at AL windows gave brilliant service from the beginning. Sue was prompt with email responses, and the guys were very flexible and willing to work around my odd working hours. Vas and his colleague came to see my house the day I enquired about getting a quote and were more than happy to do the work. Brilliant from start to finish! We ordered 2 sets of aluminium bi-folds for an extension. The quality of the products fitted is excellent. The service was professional and totally painless. The fitting team were so friendly, punctual and knowledgeable. They got both sets up in such a short time. I would highly, highly recommend this company without hesitation. I cannot seem to write a 2nd review but we liked our experience so much that we asked them to come back and replace our windows, and fit some new ones to a garage conversion! We had exactly the same excellent experience which proves consistency. The team were friendly, tidy and respectful of working around us within our home. Still highly recommend AL windows. They are easy to deal with, great on price and service, fantastic attention to detail and lovely people.
