Contacted Alan, as I’d forgotten to get my best mans gift engraved two days before our wedding - firstly I suggested engraving the wood, Alan suggested engraving a plate and placing it on the cigar box........ I dropped the box off and anticipated having to fix the plate on with glue the next day. I received a call a few hour later to say it was done to find the plate had been fixed to the box and the engraving was a hell of a lot better than I’d expected. The work carried out was second to none and the service was exceptional at a reasonable price and a completely nice guy with excellent communication. Thank you and keep you the top service
