Now shut, waited for 20 mins for it to open. No sign on the door and when called told if I wanted my ring resizing (under warranty) needed to send it to them. NO WAY!!! Gone to a independent Jewelers instead only 30 and no chance of your ring not getting returned. Don't be fooled, DON'T send your ring away
