I just wanted to say Matchmakers has worked for me. I joined in 2018 as I was totally fed up with dating apps and sites and working with a professional matchmaker was a great alternative and a real joy, as I became such good friends with Kerry and she helped me such a lot. I would just say please be patient though – Tony was match number 8 for me but was worth waiting for. We hit it off straight away and were engaged inside 6 months, we have had to postpone 2 weddings because of Covid but I am confident we will make it this coming summer. I can’t wait to be his wife officially. Thank you Matchmakers.

I have been single now for most of my life, but this has been punctuated by 2 or 3 serious long term relationships. I am now 35 so the time has become right to get more serious about finding the right lady. I have tried most of the online sites and apps but found them all quite similar and also somewhat superficial. I am now looking for something a little more substantial than swiping left or right on an app and I am serious about finding someone special. For that reason I chose Matchmakers, which specialises in my age group (ages 25-49) and working with a professional matchmaker did appeal to me as well. They came to me, to interview me, it was in considerable depth too (around 2 and a quarter hours), which impressed me and from that a very good profile was produced and I was quickly up and running. I am well down the track now and have had 8 quality introductions so far and yes I must say to some very attractive ladies. I am now with Verity and I feel it is going very well currently, we hope to go on holiday if it’s going to be possible in the pandemic and I feel that will be the making of us. Having been scammed on 3 occasions between 2014 and 2018 on a well known paid dating site, I felt it was time to do something a little different and started to look at personal matchmaking as an alternative. Living close to London, I was initially put off by the very high prices of London agencies, some of which are asking 10,000 plus to join. But then I saw Matchmakers and that they were a specialist agency for younger people aged 25-49 which was great for me and offering excellent value too at 1,195. But still working with a professional matchmaker, still visiting an office to meet my matchmaker face to face before joining and with an excellent quality database of younger professionals. It has been a really excellent experience. Happily I met Rob as well and we are now happily settled together.

I joined Matchmakers in 2018 and was a member for well over a year. This is an agency that specialises in younger age groups and it has worked really well for me. I had more than 15 introductions, most of which were extremely high quality. But I met Kristina in the autumn of last year, we are still together and have a very solid relationship. Surely this has to be so much better than swiping left or right on an app. It’s worked for me certainly.

After many years of using online dating or swiping backwards and forwards on dating apps I felt I needed to alter my strategy and utilise a bit of expertise. After researching I felt that Matchmakers Dating was the way to go, as they specialise in younger age groups and I am 41. I have enjoyed having a matchmaker to call on and seek help and advice from, she recommended Peter, who was slightly older and wouldn’t have usually been my type but I am so glad that she twisted my arm to meet him. I have known Peter for 5 months now and things have gone very well for us, he’s a great guy and true gentleman, so much so that I could see us together permanently at some point in the future. I strongly recommend that you try Matchmakers too.

This is something very different for me, working with a matchmaker and being supplied with carefully selected dates, that are designed to work for me. The quality of the people involved is far higher than meeting on an online site or dating app and I feel the extra costs of joining are well worth it. To me this is the way forward than being on your own online.

I joined Matchmakers Dating in 2010 and I am happy to say that I eventually met two wonderful ladies as a result of my membership, the first lasting 8 months and the second has become permanent. In the uncertain times we are in, the security and privacy of our data is incredibly important and I thought it was great that I didn’t ever need to have a public profile or photographs on the internet.
