After many goes at dating and a real mixed bag of experiences, I was looking for something a little different and working with a professional matchmaker is something I had not contemplated before. I must confess I am impressed with my Matchmaker Charlotte and how well things are going. I joined on the Boutique level and it really has been a comprehensive service so far. I would recommend The Professional Matchmaker to others as a dating service of real quality.

Dating is difficult lets be very clear about that. I have tried most sites in the last 10 years or so that I have been single and without that much success. I am told that 72% of men hardly get dates and that 100% of the women are going for the other 28% of men, unfortunately these guys are not the marrying kind – they are just looking to fill their boots with as many women as they can. The women then get completely brassed off and leave or become very hard to protect themselves. That is why The Professional Matchmaker is different as everybody is interviewed and carefully checked out first, also the fact that everybody has to pay a decent sized fee to join tends to ensure that everybody is genuinely looking. My year is nearly up now but I will definitely rejoin as it’s been an enjoyable membership, even in the pandemic and it’s felt like I haven’t been alone in lockdown. Well done and thank you to Emma, my Matchmaker.

Please don't waste your money with these people. The fact that they have a Complaints Handling Manager, tells you everything you need to know about them. They overpromise and underdeliver. All you receive after your initial interview is an email with a profile attached. There is no explanation of why they have been selected for you, it seems completely random. I was given two inappropriate matches that unsurprisingly didn't want to meet me, and after that there was nothing until I chased up and was told I had been sent another match to an email address I don't use. After that I gave up. This was the biggest waste of money I have ever spent, and there is absolutely no refund. You honestly get more from the free dating apps.

I joined The Professional Matchmaker in May of last year and I have enjoyed the experience. My membership is now drawing to a close and I will definitely rejoin. They are very genuine people who I feel have been really on my side during the 1 year membership and I feel they have helped me meet some ladies that I’d describe as ‘punching above my weight’. In other words that I may not have had the chance to get to know in normal circumstances but for the strong endorsement that my matchmaker gave me. That has worked really well for me and I would definitely recommend others to give it a go.

I knew very little about personal matchmaking until I found this site. But I must say I have been impressed with the quality of introductions that have been very high. It’s so refreshing to see accurate photographs too. Recently I have met Simon and things are going very well so far, I feel he could easily be the elusive partner I have longed to have in my life.
