I have tried to contact this tackle shop on a number of occasions and have never been able to speak to anyone over the past eighteen months. When one considers the price of a mobile connection and the fact that no one answers the mobile, it makes me wonder if these guys want any ones business. A landline number and a e-mail address is in this day and age an essential communication link for any business. Today again I have tried to get through and had to leave a message knowing that there is the very real possibility of receiving any reply at all like all the previous times before. The tackle shop at Saxmundham did answer a landline phone and although they could not assist in my sea fishing requirements, as they cater for the freshwater angler. They certainly were prepared to advise me on a number of angling topics. It looks as though I will have to continue getting my bait either well in advance from distant sources, or off the internet, despite wishing to get it on the coast to save time and extra travelling.
