Was in the process of looking at a new car as was part-exchanging my old Peugeot 108! Got in contact with Zack Lanes from the sales department and from the start he helped me so much and was patient with me when sorting out all the documents and quotes especially since the showroom was closed due to Covid. Purchased a New Peugeot 2008 from Charters Peugeot Aldershot on a three year Just add fuel arrangement. It's always quite daunting signing up to a finance agreement especially when you've not done anything like this before. Emily McQueen was my sales advisor. I found her to be extremely helpful in arranging the finance package and car for me, which came in just under my specified budget All dealings with Emily were done via email (and phone if needed) due to COVID. As I was new to all this any questions I asked of Emily were answered quickly and efficiently. The whole process took a matter of days and within a week I picked up my shiny new car from the showroom. So far I'm very pleased with the service provided by Charters in particular Emily, who worked tirelessly to get the car and deal I wanted. The new peugeot was a step up from my little Corsa, with much needed boot space. Although I haven't driven it much since I got it due to working from home and lockdown, I always look forward to driving it. So easy and comfortable to drive, still getting use to the gadgets!

Quality service, quality staff, quality cars - I purchased my last 2 cars (both 308) from Charters and have been always impressed by their attention to detail, customer focus and quality product. Yes you can get cheaper buying other brands, but if you love great engineering, French flair and you want to support Europe (some of us still do..) in your choice of car then Peugeot are the obvious choice. The new 308 is a brilliant car - 2.0 diesel GT offers performance and economy. I am trying not to drive too much as am already fast approaching 50k miles of trouble free motoring..
